Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with imperceptible golden textures, consistent.
The olfactory picture is broad and intense. White flowers, accompanied by hints of yellow-fleshed fruits such as melon, papaya, apricot and mango. Fresh spices background.
The taste is very fresh, soft with a persuasive note of ripe exotic fruit in the finish, quite persistent.
Tried with a basil trout mousse.
