Château de L’Escarelle

Written by Piero Pardini

CHÂTEAU DE L’ESCARELLE – FRANCE

The 100-hectare vineyard is organically grown. Up to 500 mt. above sea level, the vines are planted on terraces separated by dry stone walls. Between the hills of Escarelle and the mountains of La Loube, in a wild landscape, with typical Provençal plants, the variation in altitude makes the terroir special, facilitates winemaking, giving the wines great personality.
