Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color with light garnet color textures, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex in the range of its scents. Floral notes of withered red flowers, followed by hints of wild berry fruits reminiscent of blackberry and dehydrated plum. Hints of sweet spices close with a nuance of balsamic herbs.
In the mouth it is pleasantly balanced in its components, with a well-smoothed and overall silky tannin. Quite persistent with a ripe fruit aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with not particularly elaborate meat dishes.
