Tasting Notes
Limpid, bright ruby red color, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the sample shows a wide and varied bouquet. Hints of fresh flowers are accompanied by hints of dark berry fruits reminiscent of blackberry and raspberry. Aromas of freshly roasted ground coffee, followed by aromas of sweet spices such as and cloves, closing with hints of roasting.
On the palate the sample is well balanced in its components, with a good silky and well-polished tannic texture. Quite permanent with a taste of sweet spices and fine woods.
It is recommended in combination with grilled meat dishes.
