Denomination: D.O. Valdeorras (Spain).
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C.
Note: Mil Ríos Godello is produced with hand-picked grapes in vineyards with an average age of 20 years, an altitude of 630 m, slopes up to 38% and predominantly clayey-ferrous and slated soils. This diversity of terroir gives this wine complexity, structure and balance. The must is kept for 4 to 6 days at a very low temperature and with continuous battônage, thus enriching its organoleptic properties.
The refinement on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks with weekly sparkling wine is carried out for 3 months. The subsequent refinement in the bottle completes the production of this aging wine, round, rich in nuances and elegant in which the characteristics of the Godello grape are emphasized.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with evident textures of golden color, consistent. Sample in the wide and varied range of aromas. Evident hints of delicately withered white flowers, are followed by hints of white and yellow-fleshed fruits, reminiscent of pear and tropical fruits such as mango and papaya. Balsamic notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub. The sip is fresh, pleasant, perfectly balanced in its components. Flavor and freshness intertwine giving pleasant sensations with a very persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit, almost candied. Impossible not to repeat the sip. Ideal wine for fish-based dishes, even structured ones, also recommended for moments of conviviality in the company of friends. A pleasant discovery.
