Serving temperature: 6°-8°C.
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with fine and persistent perlage.
The nose reveals hints of fresh white flowers, pastry notes, bread crust, accompanied by a scent of citrus.
On the palate the sip is pleasant and very fresh. The acid component is good and the citrus aftertaste is very persistent. A sample of fine quality.
Tried in combination with a seafood risotto.
