Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, deep purple red color, quite consistent.
The sample on olfactory examination shows a wide and complex range of aromas. From hints of slightly withered red flowers, to aromas of small dark berry fruits, to hints of sweet spices, to finish with a nuance of green peppercorns.
The sip with moderately aggressive tannins, but well balanced, with a good balance between its components. Good persistence on the nose, reminiscent of a ripe fruit with a hint of Mediterranean scrub.
Tried in combination with a platter of medium-aged cheeses.
