Floral notes reminiscent of wildflowers and pelargonium (geranium), hints of small red berries such as currant and blueberry and nuances of pomegranate. Mineral closure reminiscent of iodine and brackish.
The taste is quite balanced in its components, it is intense in its aftertaste of berries, persistent and of fine quality.
Ideal as an appetizer, but also with a mixed grill of vegetables.
