Wine: Glárima
Varietal: 80% Gewürztraminer, 20% Chardonnay.
Denomination: D.O. Somontano (Spain).
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 10°-11°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, quite consistent.
The olfactory examination shows a fairly wide range of aromas, but well defined. Hints of fresh white flowers, accompanied by aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as pears, apples and even light hints of tropical fruit. Nuance of musk in the finish.
On the palate it is very fresh, with good acidity and long persistence with an aftertaste of fresh fruits.
An everyday wine, very elegant and of fine quality.
Tried in combination with a fresh and tasty octopus salad.
