CANTINE BONDONOR – LIGURIA – ITALY

Cantine Bondonor is a young company located in Ortonovo, just below the ancient fortified village of Nicola, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany.
The company was born from the passion of Luca Menconi who decided to take over the land around his parents’ new villa, managing them personally, starting to transform what was once woodland into large plains planted with vineyards.
Luca had no experience in the sector, until then he had only worked in the other family business, the one famous throughout the world for the production of abrasives for marble. So he decided to get involved and, after several tests intended for family consumption, in 2008, together with his brother and father, he founded the Bondonor Cellars.
