Tasting Notes
In the glass, upon visual examination, it is limpid, with a very intense, consistent ruby red color.
On the nose, the wine is intense, of fine quality and with a range of complex aromas. Notes of fresh red flowers, accompanied by addictive aromas of small red and dark berries, nuances of strawberry grapes. There are also delicate notes of licorice root and Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is important, with a pleasant and non-invasive tannin. Good balance between the various components, which give an aftertaste of fresh fruit.
Excellent quality wine for the whole meal.
Tried as an everyday wine with not particularly elaborate meat dishes.
