Tasting Notes
At sight, the sample is limpid, very intense ruby red color, with very light purplish textures, consistent.
The bouquet of its perfumes is broad, intense and of fine quality. Floral notes accompanied by hints of dark berry fruits reminiscent of currant and blackberry. Aromas of sweet spices and nuances of medicinal herbs.
The sip is important with a well-smoothed tannin, good persistence, and aromatic taste of ripe fruit.
It is recommended in combination with traditional Calabrian meat dishes.
