Tasting Notes
In the glass, the sample is limpid, with a very intense and lively ruby red color, with a good consistency.
Floral scents emerge on the nose, reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, accompanied by subtle hints of confit fruit and toasting of precious woods.
In the mouth it is well structured, with an important tannin, but not perfectly smooth, With good acidity it gives a good aftertaste of toasted hazelnut with an interesting persistence.
It is recommended in combination with a pig in the crust.
