Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with evident greenish reflections, quite consistent.
The range of perfumes is quite wide, intense and of fine quality. Notes of white wildflowers, accompanied by delicate fruity hints of nectarine, apricot and passion fruit. Closing with a light citrus note.
The sip is pleasant, freshness and acidity give addictive sensations of pleasure to the palate. Quite persistent, it gives an aftertaste of tropical fruits.
It is recommended in combination with not particularly elaborate fish dishes.
