Varietal: 100% Catarratto Bianco.
Denomination: Alcamo D.O.C..
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Serving temperature: 6°- 8°C.
Crystal-clear pale straw yellow color, good consistency.
On the nose it gives a bouquet of fairly fresh aromas: hints of white flowers, notes of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, closing with a delicate nuance of Mediterranean herbs.
The sip is fresh, acidity and freshness give a very pleasant sip and overall quite balanced in its components. Quite persistent with an aftertaste of Mediterranean aromas reminiscent of caper flower and thyme.
It is recommended in combination with unstructured white meat dishes.
