Tasting Notes
In the glass, the sample is limpid, not crystal-clear because it is not filtered, with a straw yellow color that tends to golden, with a good consistency.
The nose is intense, of fine quality, with a wide and varied bouquet of hints. It opens with hints of fresh yellow flowers, accompanied by delicate fruity notes reminiscent of peach, pear. Minerality and herbaceous notes blend in unison, giving notes of iodine and freshly mown herbs. A freshness of aromas that is amplified in the glass.
The sip is precise, acidity and freshness invite you to a new sip, good persistence of the taste olfactory that releases a strong and pleasant mineral sensation. There is also a nuance of Mediterranean scrub.
A sample for an informal convivial event, a pleasant discovery.
