Wine: Jèma Primitivo
Varietal: 100% Primitivo.
Denomination: Salento I.G.P. Rosso.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red color with slight garnet textures, consistent.
On the nose it is intense, of fine quality and with a varied range of aromas. Hints of withered red flowers, notes of dark berries such as blackberry and blueberry, are accompanied by hints of cocoa powder with toasted notes of precious woods.
The sip is velvety, thanks to a silky and well-polished tannin. On the palate it gives a good aftertaste of ripe fruit with a delicate and persistent balsamic note. A wine also for important meat dishes.
Tried in combination with guinea fowl with sage.

Rating
4 Lupetti
