Wine: Pinot Grigio
Varietal: 100% Pinot Grigio.
Denomination: Friuli D.O.C..
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 12°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with very light coppery textures, of good consistency.
On the nose it offers floral notes, followed by hints of yellow-fleshed fruits reminiscent of apricot, peach and melon. Closing with a citrus nuance.
The sip is fresh, there is a correspondence of hints with what is described in the olfactory examination. Quite persistent finish with fruity notes of mango and rennet apple.
Tried in combination with a seafood risotto.
Sample also available in large retailers with a good value for money, a quality daily wine to try.
