Wine: Dona Antonia 10 anos Tawny
Varietal: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Amarela.
Denomination: Porto (Portugal).
Alcohol content: 20% vol.
Vintage: .
Serving temperature: 12°- 16°C.
Notes: The hand-selected grapes were vinified according to the traditional Porto Wine method. The controlled fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and was stopped with the addition of wine alcohol. The resulting wines were very elegant and with good aging potential.
The wines selected to enter the final blend of Porto Ferreira Quinta do Porto Tawny 10 years remain in the Douro after the harvest and are brought to VNGaia the following spring, entering the traditional Port wine aging process, in oak barrels. During their aging period, the wines are subjected to numerous transfers, analyses and tastings, making it possible to monitor their aging and intervene through mixing, refreshing and corrections whenever the tasting recommends it. The final blend is obtained using wines aged between 8 and 15 years, as always to achieve the average age, quality and style of Porto Ferreira Quinta do Porto Tawny 10 years.
The wine must be stored in an upright position at a constant temperature of 16°-18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color with tawny textures, consistent.
The range of perfumes is wide and complex. Floral notes intertwine with hints of ripe fruit, almost in jam, such as apricot and plum. Hints of sweet spices and toasted notes reminiscent of hazelnut.
The sip is important, well balanced in its components, the tannic texture important, but very pleasant and well polished. Very persistent with an aftertaste of spices and precious woods.
A meditation wine, to be tried with dry pastries.
