Tasting Notes
Limpid, very intense ruby red color, consistent.
The range of aromas is intense, of fine and varied quality, so much so as to be complex. Floral notes, fruity scents reminiscent of dark berries: blackberry, blueberry and currant. Notes of toasting of fine woods, are accompanied by hints of cigar box and chocolate. Closing with a nuance of vanilla.
On the palate the sample is harmonious, perfectly balanced in its components, elegant and of fine quality. Good persistence on the nose, with an aftertaste of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut.
Proven as a conversation and / or meditation wine.
