Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, salmon pink color, quite consistent.
On the nose it is quite complex in the variety of its scents. Floral notes reminiscent of the rose, complement each other with hints of small red berries and thigh pear. Closing with a note of mown grass.
The sip is fairly balanced in its components, good persistence on the nose, closing with a delicate spicy hint of pepper.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood cruditè appetizer.

Rating
