Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, old pink in color, with good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the sample shows a range of aromas, intense, complex and of fine quality. Floral notes reminiscent of dog rose, addictive notes of ripe red berry fruit such as currant, blueberry and cherry. Closing with hints of aromatic herbs and a light note of citrus.
The sip is pleasant, freshness and acidity invite a new sip. Good taste olfactory persistence that remains with hints of fresh fruit and an important mineral note typical of the production area.
Sample tested with baked sea bream on a bed of potatoes.
