Wine: Montecastrillo Tinto
Varietal: 100% Tempranillo.
Denomination: D.O. Ribera del Duero (Spain).
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 15°- 17°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, very intense ruby red color, consistent.
The spectrum of aromas highlighted on the nose is wide and varied. Hints of freshly cut red flowers, followed by a scent of scents of dark and pink berries. The intense bouquet of perfumes is completed by hints of precious woods and a nuance of licorice in the finish.
To the taste the sample is well balanced in its parts. Good tannic texture, non-invasive and well polished. Also good is the persistence on the nose, reminiscent of ripe fruit accompanied by a light mineral note.
It is recommended in combination with traditional Spanish meat dishes.
