Tasting Notes
Limpid, very intense ruby red color, consistent.
On the nose it is perceived as an intense wine, of fine quality and with a fairly wide range of aromas. Hints of red flowers, accompanied by fruity notes reminiscent of black berry fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. Closing with hints of balsamic.
The sip is rich, supported by an important well-polished tannic texture. Good taste olfactory persistence that gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit.
It is recommended in combination with a grilled beef steak.
