Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination the sample is crystalline, with a straw yellow color with imperceptible golden reflections, of good consistency.
The nose shows hints of slightly withered white flowers, fruity notes of pear, rennet apple and nectarine. The olfactory examination ends with a note of freshly mown grass, pepper and a mineral nuance.
On the palate the sip is pleasant, good acidity and freshness, which give a satisfying sip. Quite persistent closure with a mango aftertaste. A fine quality wine.
Tried in combination with spaghetti with seafood.
