Tasting Notes
At the sight the sample is bright straw yellow in color with imperceptible golden reflections, with a good crystalline consistency.
The nose is a scent of floral, fruity, herbaceous and mineral aromas. An intense and fine quality aromatic profile. Notes of white flowers accompanied by hints of white-fleshed fruits intertwine with addictive aromas of aromatic herbs. Closing with an iodized nuance.
On the palate it is perfectly balanced: freshness and minerality invite you to repeat the sip. Good persistence of aromatic taste, with a citrus aftertaste. There is confirmation of what is highlighted in the olfactory examination.
Tried in combination with linguine with clams.
