Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color with light purplish textures, consistent.
On the nose the sample expresses a fairly complex range of aromas, of good intensity and fine quality. Floral hints reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, which intertwine with fruity notes of small red and dark berries. Delicate note of toasted hazelnut in the finish.
The sip is pleasant, with an aggressive and overall pleasant tannin. The persistence of the olfactory taste is quite persistent and a permanent aftertaste of ripe fruit.
It is recommended in combination with traditional Iberian meat dishes on the grill.
