Tasting Notes
Limpid, bright ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose the sample is of fine quality, intense and with a fairly complex range of aromas. Yes with hints of red flowers, accompanied by notes of red berries and then close with notes of sweet spices reminiscent of vanilla and cinnamon.
On the palate the sip is supported by a non-invasive and overall well-polished tannin. Champion of structure, it gives a pleasant aftertaste of ripe fruit with good persistence.
Tasted in combination with a platter of medium-aged cheeses and traditional Tuscan cold cuts.
