Tasting Notes
In the glass, it has a not particularly intense straw yellow color with very light golden textures, quite consistent.
The nose is intense, of fine quality and with a well-defined bouquet of aromas. It opens with hints of freshly mown white and yellow flowers, followed by aromas of white and yellow fruit, accompanied by mineral and slightly herbaceous notes. The closure is reminiscent of elderberry embellished with a delicate citrus nuance.
The sip is pleasant, fresh and supported by a good acid component. Balanced in its components, it gives an aftertaste of slightly ripe fruit, undoubtedly of fine quality.
Tried in combination with a fried barnyard.
