Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pale pink in color, with good consistency.
On the nose the sample gives a fairly complex, intense and fine quality bouquet of scents. Floral notes reminiscent of dog rose and peach in bloom, accompanied by a scent of fruity notes of lemon, peach and thigh pear.
On the palate it is fresh, well balanced in its components, it gives a pleasant citrus aftertaste.
It is recommended for an aperitif based on cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
