Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense and lively ruby red color, consistent.
On the nose, the range of aromas it releases is quite complex, with intense and fine quality aromas. Opening with floral notes reminiscent of withered red wildflowers, accompanied by an aroma of small dark and red berries such as blueberry, currant and morello cherry. Closing with a persistent note of ripe plum.
The sip is rich, pleasant and supported by a good tannic texture. Good persistence of aromatic taste that gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit.
It is recommended in combination with sweet and sour goose legs.

Rating
