Wine: Libalis White
Varietal: Muscat blanc à petit grain, Viura, Malvasia.
Denomination: D.O. Valles de Sadacia (Spain).
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 8°- 10°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color tending to golden, with a good consistency.
The nose shows a bouquet, on the whole, quite broad and varied. In addition to the traditional floral notes of white and yellow flowers, it is completed with hints of tropical fruits such as mango and papaya and then closes with a delicate nuance of fennel.
The sip is satisfying, pleasant and particularly soft. There remains a pleasant and persistent sensation of fresh fruit which, given its freshness and acidity, invites you to repeat the sip.
Tried in combination with a seafood risotto.
