Tasting Notes
Limpid, lively ruby color, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it is quite intense, of fine quality and with a fairly wide range of aromas. Notes of freshly cut red flowers, fruity hints of blackberry, currant and Cazzano cherry. Closing with a note of mown grass.
The sip is balanced in its components, with a non-aggressive and not too intense tannin. The combination of freshness and flavor is pleasant. An everyday wine.
It is recommended in combination with white meat dishes accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
