Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with small greenish textures, with a good perlage.
On the nose the bouquet of aromas is intense, of fine and varied quality. Notes of fresh flowers, scent of white and yellow-fleshed fruit reminiscent of Williams pears, rennet apples and marked hints of tropical fruit, closing with a hint of citrus.
The sip is fresh, perfectly balanced in its components. Acidity and sweetness come together in unison giving pleasure to the palate thanks to a good persistence of the olfactory taste, reminiscent of a tropical fruit.
Ideal to accompany a delicate appetizer based on unseasoned cheeses and cured meats.
