Wine: Las Mulas Rosé Reserva
Grapes: Pinot Nero, Monastrell.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Classification: D.O. Valle Central.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pink in color tending to cherry, with a good consistency.
It opens with quite complex hints: floral, fruity and spicy. The bouquet of perfumes opens with floral notes of dog rose and fish, followed by notes of small red berries that recall currant, blueberry and strawberry. Closing with a delicate note of fresh spices.
The sip is particularly fresh, the acid component and flavor are good. Its aftertaste of fresh fruit is persistent.
Tried in combination with a Sicilian caponata.

Rating
