Tasting Notes
Brilliant, powder pink in color, elegant in its fine perlage and number.
The nose is a scent of floral and fruity aromas that envelop the senses. Floral notes of dog rose and peach blossoms are accompanied and intertwined with fruity notes of pomegranate, delicate citrus nuances embellished with aromas of small red berries.
On the palate it is perfectly balanced in its components, freshness and acidity give a sip with an almost infinite persistence of fruit, where a delicate and pleasant note of gooseberry stands out.
Ideal with a convivial moment in the company of friends.
