Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow color, quite consistent.
The nose is intense, fine and with a fairly complex range of aromas. It opens with notes of fresh white flowers such as hawthorn and acacia flowers. Followed by notes of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and thigh pear, a nuance of sweet spices completes the olfactory range.
In the sip it expresses all its character and personality. Freshness and acidity come together perfectly, giving the taster a sip of good structure. The taste-olfactory persistence is good with an aftertaste of fresh fruit.
It is recommended in combination with fish dishes, perfect for a spaghetti with clams.

Rating
4 Lupetti
