Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color, consistent.
On the nose, it offers a fairly complex and well-defined range of aromas. Notes of slightly withered red flowers, followed by a scent of fruity notes reminiscent of small red and dark berries, the closure recalls the smell of undergrowth moss.
Well balanced sip, with a discreet and well-polished tannic texture. Persistent with a ripe fruit aftertaste.
A wine for the whole meal, which “marries” perfectly with full-bodied sauces and grilled meats.
