Wine: Le Oche
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Classification: Marche Bianco I.G.T..
Grapes: 100% Verdicchio.
Serving temperature: 10°-12°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with imperceptible golden textures, of good consistency.
The nose opens with a wide range of hints. Acacia and almond blossoms are accompanied by notes of white pulp fruit reminiscent of thigh pear and golden apple. It closes with a spicy note reminiscent of saffron.
The sip is fresh, fairly balanced in its components, in my opinion it can be appreciated in its entirety with a further period of refinement. On the whole, quite persistent, it offers a delicate aftertaste of bitter almond.
Tried in combination with any meal during a fish-based dinner.
