Wine: Sangiovese
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Classification: Marche I.G.T..
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a not very intense ruby red color, good consistency.
Limpid, the nose shows hints of floral, accompanied by notes of red berry fruits reminiscent of blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, followed by hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla with a closure reminiscent of cocoa powder.
The taste is fresh, with a tannic texture that is not yet perfectly smooth. Overall, its components are balanced, but a further period of refinement can be appreciated in its uniqueness and harmony. Quite persistent with a spicy aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with game-based dishes.
