Tasting Notes
At sight, the sample is limpid, with a ruby red color, medium intense and transparent, with a good consistency.
On the nose, it is quite complex, with floral and fruity notes. Delicate floral notes give way to an aroma of fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries, currants and mulberry fruits. Almost imperceptible hints of tobacco close the olfactory examination.
The sip is soft and balanced, it gives an aftertaste of balsamic hints, a pleasure for the palate.
It is recommended in combination with traditional Apulian dishes such as bombette.
