Wine: La Rossa
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Classification: Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G. Superiore.
Grapes: 100% Barbera.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright ruby red color, consistent.
On the nose it is a riot of floral and fruity notes. Hints of red wildflowers are intertwined with aromas of small red berries such as currant, blueberry and blackberry. Hint of cherry durone with closure reminiscent of vanilla.
The taste is fresh, with well-polished tannins. The sip is pleasant, thanks to the balance between the various components. Good persistence reminiscent of a ripe fruit, with an almost imperceptible nuance of sweet spices.
It is recommended in combination with mixed boiled meat.
