Tasting Notes
Limpid, lively ruby red colour, consistent.
On the olfactory examination the range of perfumes is broad, intense and of fine quality. It opens with hints of red wild flowers, associated with important notes of ripe red berry fruits such as currant and blackberry. The bouquet of perfumes is completed by balsamic notes and spices with an evident hint of licorice root.
The sip is dry, with a well-smoothed tannin and with an important and persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit with a delicate bittering nuance in the finish.
A sample that brings together neophytes and demanding tasters. A wine for all those who want a quality product from Langhe at a very attractive price.
