Wine: Colombara
Varietal: Garganega, Chardonnay.
Denomination: Soave D.O.C..
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 6°-8° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, pale straw yellow in colour, with light greenish textures, good consistency.
The nose is moderately intense, quite complex in the range of its aromas and of fine quality. It has floral and fruity scents, the first reminiscent of white field flowers, followed by hints of white and yellow pulp fruit reminiscent of thigh pear, nectarine and apricot.
In the mouth, the sip is fresh, quite balanced in its parts, pleasant and with an aftertaste of ripe fruit.
The classic everyday wine, for the whole meal, for those looking for taste and good quality with a good price-quality ratio.
Tried some linguine with shrimp and lime.
