Tasting Notes
At the sight, the sample is limpid, with an intense ruby red color and good consistency.
The olfactory examination reveals a wine with a fairly large bouquet, where notes of fresh red flowers emerge associated with hints of red berry fruits reminiscent of blackberry, currant and durone cherry.
The sip has an almost imperceptible tannic texture. Light sample, but with a taste suitable for those who love wines that are not particularly structured.
Given the type, it also goes well with fish dishes, tried for the occasion with a Cacciucco alla Livornese. An undemanding wine, but overall of good quality.
