Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a lively cherry pink colour, quite consistent.
The nose is quite broad in the range of its perfumes, where the fruity component prevails. It opens with hints of hibiscus flowers, which give way to evident and intense notes of red berried berries. It closes with a delicate balsamic note reminiscent of menthol.
The sip is fresh, well balanced in the various components. Good persistence, which gives a pleasant fruity note to the palate. Aftertaste of fresh flowers.
Produced with a native vine, Vermentino Nero, which gives wines of great pleasure and easy to drink.
