Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a ruby red color of moderate intensity, consistent.
On the olfactory examination the bouquet of perfumes is broad, intense and of fine quality. Among the floral and fruity scents, the latter dominate, with an effluvium of dried plum and corn cherry notes. Subsequently, aromas of sweet spices such as cinnamon, cloves and a nuance of vanilla intertwine, followed by hints of Mediterranean herbs.
The sip is very fresh and very pleasant. The balance between the hard and soft components of the wine is good, with a good olfactory taste persistence of ripe fruit with light spicy notes.
Tried on traditional Apulian meat dishes.

4 Lupetti
Points: 85/100
