Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, pale straw yellow color with light greenish reflections, good consistency.
On the nose, the range of perfumes is quite complex, quite intense, but overall of fine quality. It opens with hints of white wild flowers, which are followed by hints of white-fleshed fruit reminiscent of pear and rennet apple. Closing with delicate weedy notes of Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is fresh and overall quite balanced in its components. Good persistence aromatic taste of fresh fruit.
A young but very pleasant wine, ideal for an aperitif and with not particularly elaborate fish-based dishes.

Rating
