Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, pale straw yellow color with light greenish reflections, good consistency.
On the nose, the range of perfumes is quite varied and of good quality. Notes of white pulp fruit intertwine with herbaceous hints with a sensation of honey in the finish.
The sip is structured, very elegant, with a very slight dominant acidity. An aftertaste of overripe fruit remains in the mouth.
Tried in combination with moderately elaborate white meat dishes.
