Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Sauvignon

Denomination: D.O.C. Friuli Colli Orientali.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination, it has an intense and luminous straw yellow color, with imperceptible greenish textures.
The wide and varied range of perfumes is particularly intense and of great quality. A riot of tropical fruit aromas bewitches the taster, who sees hints of wild and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub gradually opening up to the nose.
The sip is harmonious, confirming what has been found through the aromas, the closure is long, pleasant and satisfying for the palate, with a light savory aftertaste.
